Welcome to Masterpiece Construction Experts. Our local and family-owned business was established in 1997, with the owner having over 35 years of experience. Contact us for a FREE in-home design consultation for your doors or windows.

Brandon Ruud

Owner/Installer

Brandon has been in the construction business most of his life. In 1983, when he was 12 years old, he started working for his father, who built homes in eastern Idaho. He continued to excel in skills and knowledge. By the time he was 16, he was running his own crew. In college, he studied drafting. After college and a few more years working for other companies, he was accomplished in skills and knowledge of many manufacturers’ brands of windows and doors. He decided it was time to venture out on his own. He started his own company in 1997.

Brandon specializes in the replacement and installation of windows and exterior doors. As a master in his industry, he is qualified to install many different manufacturers' brands. He has a passion for building things and seeing them through from start to finish. He is very detail-oriented and pays special attention to the smallest things on his projects. Because of his extensive background, training, and knowledge, he is an expert in knowing what the best product would be to meet your needs and how it all works for your home.

When he was growing up, he loved to ski, ride dirt bikes, snowmobile, go camping with his friends, and tear apart and put back together old vehicles. As an adult, he loves to build and create things, skeet shooting, and camping with his family.

Tori Ruud

Owner/Office Manager

Tori is married to Brandon, and they are the parents of eight adult children. In their early years, she was a stay-at-home mom. She enjoyed all that came with being a mom. She has a background in office management, tax preparation, public relations, and customer service.

Tori loves volunteering and working with the youth and those with special needs. Her hobbies include reading, gardening, camping, and spending time with her family. Integrity and kindness are standards she holds.

George Valentine

Assistant Installer

George has lived in Idaho for over 50 years. His family includes his beautiful wife, five kids, and six grandchildren. He loves all outdoor activities. He especially enjoys hiking, hunting, and fishing. He has an educational background in finance.

He is particularly good at design/building and various construction projects. We are grateful for the adventure and talent George brings to the team.

Soledad S. Barnard

Office Admin and Social Media

McKinley Hawkins

Receptionist

"Hi everyone! My name is McKinley Hawkins. I am the youngest in the family. I have seven siblings. I know that is a lot, right? But it was fun growing up and doing so many things with my family. Because of all the fun I had when I was younger, I love all things I do now. I love swimming, camping, fishing (if I can catch a fish!), and love spending time with my family and my dog."

McKinley graduated a year early from high school. She is a very dedicated person. She is a very charitable person, always giving her time and talents. We love having her here. Thank you, McKinley, for being a part of our team!
